Unzip and copy them into the NJCData subdirectory in the Windows system directory. This will most likely be either c:\windows\system\njcdata or c:\windows\system32\njcdata.
In Manual Wizard, for sites 500m outside town, pre-selected option is now "Place on town boundary" (instead of "Do not change") for compatibility with AutoWizard.

In the Site Editor, the Site location values on the Topography page would not accept negative values (for site upwind of crest).
New "showPanel" method added to the BREVe ActiveX displays a Control Panel in the style of the BREVe Application giving immediate access to licensing, site selection, Wizards, editing and reporting options. Instructions on using the new method have been added to the Help system. The Delphi Test application has been updated to demonstrate its use.
BREVe Application, provenance section now reports which month is used when a single month is selected for the seasonal factor.
In response to user requests, the select NGR dialog in the ActiveX now restores the previous NGR after showing the error message box following an invalid entry. Users no longer need to press ESC key to reset, but will now not see what the invalid entry was.
In BREVe application, the save dialog now preserves the last filename used and adds the correct extensions for site data (.BVE) and results (.RTF).
In ActiveX, the SiteAltitude property failed to set value and could only be changed by Site Editor or Wizards.
In ActiveX, errors in the calculation method caused by zero or negative values of the diagonal dimension are now trapped and reported. Also reports negative values of height above ground.
In BREVe2 application, the fly-by hint for the "Report to file" button has been added.
Two of the QA functions BSMeanFac and BSTurbFac now return correct values (previously returned DirVal value).

Install now registers the .BVE file type in the Windows registry. The BREVe2 Application now accepts the path to a BVE data file as first command parameter, so that double-clicking on a BVE data file now starts the BREVe Application with the site data loaded from that file.
Report, print preview and print-to-file buttons are now disabled during calculation and reporting to avoid printing incomplete reports.
Changes to Ha window: Default button now toggles between default heights/diagonals and the original values. Entry forms now tolerate empty lines.
Several ActiveX methods in build 3 returned byte parameters not supported by C++ and other ActiveX controllers. Replaced by integer parameters.
Fixed formatting problem with SHF file path in report and SHF file format in Helpfile.
Four of the ActiveX properties were incorrectly hidden in the type library, so did not surface when imported into other applications.
The updated ActiveX is now called BVe2X and is in the file called Bve2xControl2.ocx. The BREVe2 Application and all examples have been rebuilt to use the new name.
UNINSTALL Build 2 before installing Build 3 to de-register and remove the previous ActiveX file.
Default data path corrected to "c:\windows\system\njcdata\ " in ActiveX component, Delphi and Excel examples, and in the help file.
