Anemos is delighted to announce that we have successfully achieved registration to the ISO9001:2000 standard.
Ever since the company formed in January 2002 quality has been important to us. Careful recording of actions, requirements and outcomes is a vital part of ensuring we give you the best service. It also allows us to follow up questions that may arise after our part of a project is complete.
Anemos began the process of formalising that commitment earlier this year, working closely with QMS International plc. QMS consultant Greville Payne made the presentation to Quality Manager, Wayne Pearce (right), and commented on the impressive commitment shown by Anemos to develop and improve their procedures for the benefit of their clients.
Customer feedback is a key part of maintaining standards. We listen to customers' needs and try to anticipate them, where possible. Please let us know how we are doing. We will carry out a customer satisfaction survey soon and hope you will help out, if asked.
