RWDI Anemos achieves Gold Award for customer satisfaction

We have just received the results of our annual BenchmarQ survey of customer satisfaction and we achieved a Gold Award, which means RWDI Anemos received an overall satisfaction rating over 80%. This repeats our success of last year and gives us a lot to be proud of, especially in a year of such change and growth for our company.

The survey is conducted among a sample of our clients by an independent company and forms an important part of our ISO9001 Quality Assurance programme. We receive a report of the findings that enables us to build on our strengths and remedy our weaknesses to strive for continuous improvement.
