RWDI Anemos win a 13-tower contract in Abu Dhabi

RWDI Anemos have been appointed by Al Tamouh Investments and Bovis LendLease in Abu Dhabi to provide wind engineering services for the prestigious Al Reem Island development in the Emirate. Also known as the Pearl of the Emirates, the first phase of the development includes 13 towers with mixed-use; residential, retail and hotel. All will be centred around an impressive waterfront and marina. RWDI Anemos will be providing structural wind load and dynamic response information to the design team of GDP Architects from Malaysia and Alliance, an Australian structural engineering firm. Cladding design pressures and pedestrian level wind studies will complete the full service provision on this project.
